Major responsibilities of this position include:
• Provide legal advice on corporate and other practices;
• Draft and negotiate legal contracts;
• Conduct research and legal analysis;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
• Details of the position to be discussed in the interview.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Applicants must possess a bachelor of law degree and have a minimum of 03 years of corporate experience.
- Applicants must demonstrate exceptional legal, analytical and writing skills, be able to manage and prioritize a sizable and growing workload and to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Candidate with experience in big law firms, or legal experience in corporate is a plus
- Working on M&A
- Has experience in consulting and investment funds is a plus.
* Required skills:
• Exceptional legal, analytical, and writing skills;
• Bachelor of law degree;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese; and
• Good command of MS Office.
