Tuyển Chuyên Viên Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (Senior General Accountant)
Mô tả công việc
- Check, process & post journal entries into ERP to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Review/control of expense
- Prepare and track weekly/monthly AR/AP accounts
- Ensure verified purchase invoices are accurately recorded into ERP
- Prepare and running monthly prepaid/accrual transaction
- Review and check invoices, POs/contracts, Customs documents
- Coordinate with warehouse to cycle count inventory monthly
- Maintain and update fixed assets registers, run depreciation every month
- Cooperate with other Departments (Sales, Procurement...) for monthly book closing schedule by deadline
- Collate and analyze accounting data and generate financial reports
- Properly file all accounting documents
- Statutory tax reports as per requirements
- Invoice issuance and reports
- Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
*** Experience Required:
- More than 5-year experience in accounting, preferred in FDI manufacturing companies
*** Knowledge's Skills and Abilities:
- Strong bookkeeping skills
- Patience, carefulness and high attention on details
- Understand in importance of confidentiality
- Willing to work hard, eager to learn, team player
- Initiative, honest, high responsibility and good management skill
- English communication
- Computer skill: Word, Excel
- CV in English is required.
***Education: Bachelor of Finance and Accounting
