Mô tả công việc
- Plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs
- Strategize and outline the goals and objectives of the program to maximize ROI
- Be responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the programs
- Set timelines and due dates
- Monitor multiple projects and activities through the entire program cycle
- Assist team members and project managers when needed to accomplish team goals
- Estimate, manage and implement program budgets
- Manage potential changes. risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct solve them when they occur
- Manage and submit program documentation
- Lead program staff, contractors and vendors
- Set program controls, governance, and standards
- Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program
- Deliver program reporting for executives and stakeholders
- Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 - year related work experience
- Proficiency with the project management software is a plus
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity
- Good command of English
- Effective communication skills
- Effective using of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good responsibility and team work
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
