Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.
• Prepare annual hotel training plans and quarterly reports to management
• Develop and maintains hotel’s training library.
• Maintains employee, supervisory and management record of training.
• Conduct an orientation to new employees and oversee on the job training of new employees.
• Conduct guest courtesy training.
• Monitor present and future trends, practices and systems in the training field and makes recommendations relating thereto.
• Report to Director of Human Resources.
• Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to training association members, training, and personnel staff from competitor hotels and other members of the local community.
• Coordinates functions and activities with other department heads and department trainers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Training Manager in luxury 5* Hotel/ Resort background.
• Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
