Mô tả công việc
- Checking and assessment 5S, GMP, ISO, CSR,… in the Manufacturing work place by checklist.
- Make training plan for MFG.
- Compile letter, procedure, checklist, notice,…
- Management of documents, records, office equipments, stationery.
- Handle MFG’s HR tasks/issues: Make Reward – Penalty report, handle policy violation cases, Overtime control, leave/vacation, check application of operator/worker/packer, order meal for MFG staff.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Make MFG KPIs, Project, Monthly, quarterly, yearly report.
- Make Electricity/water consumption monthly report.
- Translate Chinese or English.
- Assessment Headcount situation and suggest Director to organize Headcount.
- Another assigned tasks from MFG Vice director.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience and related field.
- Languages: English or Chinese Intermediate.
- Team leader, project management, negotiation, good convincing, fast learning.
