A Training Material Development Specialist is responsible for the overall development of various training materials and modules covering a wide range of business topics and skills. This role will work closely with the Managing Director, Business Development Manager as well as Marketing Department to determine module updates and identify possible solutions.

The Training Material Development will execute on the following:
- Construct and develop training and professional development materials and training modules related to different business areas and skills
- Reinforce training materials for in-house courses/ public courses
- Regularly update on materials, case study, activities, etc.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
- Liaise with CTS’s trainers / clients to discuss content ahead of programs
- Provide expertise in formatting and documentation (MS Word & Power Point) for company’s materials and conferences.
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Preferably more than 5 year experience working in Training & Development
- Experience in delivering business training programs in Vietnam
- Experience in building training content / materials for corporate clients
- English and Vietnamese language must be a core competence
- Excellent written skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Detail-oriented and interactive
- Able to meet deadlines and multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment is a plus

Additional Information
This position is a full-time job located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. He/she will report duty to the Managing Director. This incumbent will also be required to liaise closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Administration teams.
