Mô tả công việc
- Arrange and conduct orientation to all new hires.
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
- Highly motivated, and relationship dedicated individual is responsible for providing support to new employees on relations matters and workplace concerns.
- Propose new ideas for developing a supportive working environment for employees;
- Follow up effectiveness of Graduate In Training (GIT) program to ensure the talent pools having fast integration with TTI
- Build and maintain good terms nurture talent pool;
- Promptly response on any activities of GIT
- Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, logistics and resources for all events/ trainings: such as preparing training documentations, coordinating with trainers, arranging training rooms and facilities, informing and reminding attendance, proceeding training evaluation activities, filing training records, participating into training improvement programs, ect.
- Tracks changes to training practices within the industry to ensure continuous improvement.
- Leads the effort to track employee training history to ensure compliance with company regulations
- Prepare and present reports on training as required
- Performs other related duties
