Trade Marketing Team Lead

1. Leading Launching and relaunching stores:
- Plan in coordination with Category Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches and relaunches campaign.
- Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implementation in key markets.
- Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches or relaunches.
2. Yearly Big Promotions Campaign Management:
- Ability to manage broadly the 4Ps: Product – Promotion – Place – Price
- Develop yearly promotional plan on Brand level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.
- Develop trade plan for active customers or penetrate new customers, build and develop loyalty and partnership program.
- Align Trade Marketing and Brand Managers & take into account respective feedback & suggestions.
- Monitor team members, coordinate with relevant department.
- Present to Sale & Marketing Director/ Marketing Manager proposed quarterly and monthly promotional plan.
- Align finance on promotional cost by promotion & all related charges.
- Produce & ship promotional packaging to all branches within agreed timelines.
3. Campaign Evaluation:
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, Active OL, package volume, IMS figures…
- Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions for future planning and efficient achievements
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, especially in Trade Marketing
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, strong time management skills while working under tight timelines.
- A high degree of accuracy is required excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creativity, leadership and customer-oriented are a must.
- Preferred age: 24 – 30
