- Implement procedures related to legal documents of the Company with state agencies such as State Bank, Department of Planning and Investment, People's Committee ... ....
- Coordinate with the relevant departments in the company to implement the dossiers with the State agencies
- Develop procedures to work with the State agencies (upon request)
- Coordinate the implementation, management of cooperation activities with organizations and agencies of the State
- Make regular reports to the State agencies and / or when requested
- Perform welcomed the State authorities to visit and work in the company
- Management, archiving internal documents, dossiers of State Agency Relation
- Manage and update information on the organizational structure of Vietnamese government agencies in the Company, focusing on the agencies directly related to the Company's activities.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Manager of State Agency Relation and / or Head of Department
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Expertise:
- Have knowledge of LotteFinance system;
- Have knowledge of VietNam’s state agency organization;
- Have knowledge of banking sector and activities of consumer finance;
- Have knowledge of law, of banking and finance, preferring the retail banking.
Experience:
- Experience on working with state agency and making dossiers by requirement of law
- Experience on implemeting, managing in internal documents.
