Mô tả công việc

Understand and implement the company’s recruitment process well
Post job wanting, analyze resumes, screen/pre-select/shortlist, having telephone interviews, schedule interviews, looking candidate for Collection Dept
Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs
Find and develop candidate resources (ex: University, College, Recruitment events, Job introduce Center …)
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time

University degree, priority for major related to Human Resources Management/Business Management or related fields.
At least 1 years working with the familiar responsibility, priority for candidate who are working in retail, finance, banking sector.
Good skills relating to recruit, screen- select CV, interview, follow up and complete the recruitment target
Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
Be able to work under high pressure
Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)

Working time: 5 days per/ week (from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Annual leave: 12 days per/ year and 3 days of summer leaves
