As the Legal Counsel for our newly established Vietnam entity, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs to ensure the stable growth and compliance of our luxury F&B and wedding business. You will provide strategic legal solutions, manage complex contracts, and ensure all regulatory requirements for the venue's operations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management & Review:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service agreements, goods supply contracts, and lease agreements.
- Ensure all contracts align with both the company’s interests and Vietnamese laws.
- Legal Advisory & Risk Management:
- Provide proactive legal guidance and solutions for operational issues arising from the new entity's setup.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's reputation and assets.
- Regulatory Compliance & Licensing:
- Follow up on and manage all necessary business licenses, permits, and mandatory filings required for F&B and wedding venue operations.
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations (e.g., labor, tax, and food safety) and ensure organizational compliance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education & Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or higher. Must be a qualified lawyer in Vietnam.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience. Direct experience in the F&B, Hospitality, or Service industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Competencies: Strong integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
