Senior Leasing Manager

A. New Tenant Development
- Responsible for the development of all tenant sections of LOTTE Mart Vietnam nationwide, especially in Fashion, Cosmetic, Entertaiment and Office Leasing
- Seeking tenant for new Store and replacement for current tenants those are not achieve the Company’s agreed target or those terminate the contracts.
- Negotiating price and other relating conditions in terms of LOTTE Mart Vietnam Regulations
- Assisting tenant contractors in meeting agreed upon construction schedules and updating tenant improvement records
- Maintaining close contact with tenants and support them in any relating matters for their doing business in LOTTE Mart in order to achieve set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Follow their sales performance and discuss for promotion to increase agreed sales targets.
B. Working Relationships
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain professional internal & external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
C. Report
- Reporting to the immediate to Leasing Director all relating issues in the job in charge daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Doing other reports as requested the immediate Operation Strategy Director and/ or General Director.
D. Others
- Doing others works/tasks as requested by the immediate Leasing Director
- Support other colleagues to complete works, if requested.
- Being ready to travelling oversea and local cities and provinces for business.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant majors,
- 6+ years of experience in Sales/Retail Leasing in Real Estate/Shopping Mall/Hyper-market
- A self-starter, highly organized, Excellence in negotiation and communications skills,
- Able to work under tight deadline and pressure, and meet timeline/deadline.
- Good command of English or Korean
- 02 Years at the similar positions
- Ability to interact with various cultures and all levels of management in a multinational environment
- Ability to analyze data/figures such as percentage, discount, commission and conduct basic financial analysis
