Mô tả công việc
- Support Creative Team Leader in working with Account team to get debrief of Agencies/Clients, visual objectives and other requirements about key message and branding strategy (format and style, material supply, brand insights, guidelines and targeted audiences) using design brief form
- Having the ambition and a clear vision to build a strong team that focus on UI/UX, Graphic and Content Development
- Produce visual and graphic design products which convey key message of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy, such as Facebook posts, Facebook App Layout, Website Layout/Landing, Mobile App, GDN banner, poster, standee, backdrop, logo, icon, key visual, video animation..., align with top-line strategy
- Independently lead visual project as assigned by Team Leader
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve Creative works
- Get feedbacks and evaluation from account team and client to enhance visual services
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- ≥ 2 years of experience in art design and at least 2 years working in advertising agency
- Dynamic personality and communication skills
- Foster trust and collaborative dialog with clients and team members
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like AI, Photoshop, Premiere Pro After Effects...
- Be able to develop from fresh ideas, or visual design to Video clips, Animations
- Hand drawing ability (sketch, storyboard) is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Keen eyes for details
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Produce accurate and high-quality works
- Good teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility
