Mô tả công việc
- Develop the sales and marketing MrSpeedy products to the market.
- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers
- Maximize profitability utilizing value selling tools and practices.
- Develop and managing the Wholesalers/Key Accounts network with an aggressive growth horizon based up on customer business needs and customer focused value proposition.
- Liaise and represent with key associates, focus groups and position Danfoss as key solution provider within the industry Executive overall Danfoss sales initiatives and activities in assigned market.
- Provide competitive insight to the sales and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, eCommerce, business administration or related fields.
- Minimum 2-year experience in industrial market with multi-national firm at the same level.
- Highly self-motivated and result / KPI oriented.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Good command of both spoken, written English and presentation skill.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive
- Customer oriented, Positive attitude
- Can work under pressure
