Senior Accountant
Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and manage GL entries, closing entries;
- Follow up Fixed Asset Register, software, computers and equipment list;
- Follow up and manage Depreciation and Prepaid Allocation monthly;
- Reconcile FX accounts monthly;
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts monthly;
- Responsible for Tax reports monthly: VAT, PIT, withholding tax;
- Prepare VAT refund periodically;
- Prepare and reconcile inter-company Debit notes and Statements monthly;
- Assist Chief Accountant on Monthly Financial Reports;
- Assist Chief Accountant on Tax return reports yearly;
- Assist on working with auditors;
- Other ad hoc assignments by Chief Accountant;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in accounting;
- 3 - 5 year working experience (in multi-national companies is preferred);
- Good knowledge of Vietnam accounting standards, Vietnam taxes, and Vietnam corporate and international laws;
- Previous experience within a similar role;
- Proficiency in Excel skills;
- Good command of English;
- Experience in QAD ERP or any type of ERP system is a strong advantage;
- Time management and multi-tasks skill;
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to work independently;
- Ability to work under tight timeline, high pressure and commit to meet deadlines;
