1. Accounting/ Finance:

Reviews, investigates and correct errors of all expenses documents and approved on system.
Daily check all sales stores of cash, trader, gift cards, trader’s sale, B2B, Small store, O4O, Momo, VN Pay. (GMD interface SAP).
Refund MoMo + VnNay If incurred.
Monthly/ Yearly closing accounting book.
Approve Document for payment term of 15 and 25 monthly.
Payoo: check fee of the month: commission and issue invoices to Payoo.
MoMo: check fee of the month, enter monthly expenses in SAP.
Ensure timely submission of all yearly declaration and finalization in accordance to Vietnamese Accounting System/ Regulation.
Control accounting ledgers relating to all transactions in the system.
Maintain fixed assets database in the system, including depreciation recording and proper tagging of physical assets.

Check/ audit stores (Monthly/ Quarter/ Yearly).
Supporting for Store If (posting, MD, SAP...).
Doing other reports as requested by the Tax & Finannce Senior Manager/ Finance Director.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Auditing, Banking or Finance;
Advanced Ms. Office (Excel, PPT), SAP experience is preferred;
Minimum 2-5 years working of relevant experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Audit.
Good communication in English or Korean
Being ready to travelling oversea and local cities and provinces for business (if any)
