Mô tả công việc

Researching and developing for new products based on market, customer's requirement, or from managers.
Improving the current products to meet customer's demand.
Cooperate with Sales Department & Marketing to collect information, samples for checking, analyzing & define Product's standard.
Cooperate with Purchasing division to request or update new material from Suppliers to increase Product's quality and decrease Product's cost.
Cooperate with Production Technical Center & Production division to propose R&D project for Production line, efficiency & Quality.
Request QA Center to check & provide needed information about Product & Material from Competitors.
Summarize all information and propose Improvement recommendation.
Supervise Trial run of new material & product.

University graduation.
Language: Proficient in English or Chinese.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
Knowledgeable about medical masks machines, from regular to high-class or special types.
Knowledgeable the quality standards of the finished product.
Knowledgeable the factory requirements rules, requirements in the production process,...
Ability to work with related departments and synthesis projects.
Ability to work with local and overseas suppliers.
Understand certification requirements and be able to do certify to ensure in production and export.
Workplace: Cu Chi Dist., HCMC (shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City).
