Mô tả công việc

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring quality, timeline, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, etc.) for effective project implementation.
Communicate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with key account clients. Participate in project planning, scope control, and risk assessment.
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to Junior/Fresher PMs.
Regularly report project status to upper management.

At least 4 years of experience in project management, including 2+ years managing Fixed-Price (Project-Based) projects.
Proven skills in communication and stakeholder management, especially with international or enterprise clients
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
Logical mindset, accountability, proactivity, and strong commitment to outcomes.
Experience in coaching/mentoring or team leadership is a plus.
Preference will be given to female candidates.

Preferred:

Technical background (e.g., Developer, QA, BA) or strong understanding of software products.
Experience with Dedicated or ODSC project models.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.
Proficient in English, especially in client communication and reading documentation.

Review salary 1-2 times/year, with the possibility of an unexpected salary rise based on capacity an infinite number of times per year
