Product Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing to lead the market entry and scaling of our innovative new product. This role will focus on driving market research, launching a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to achieve product-market fit and beyond. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, engage directly with users, and build a thriving community to fuel product adoption and growth. - Market Research & User Insights:
- Conduct ongoing market research and user analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Lead user interviews to gather deep insights into customer preferences, pain points, and behaviors.
- MVP Launch & Product Collaboration:
- Partner with the product team to define, launch, and refine the MVP based on user feedback and market data.
- Establish a feedback loop to ensure continuous product improvement and alignment with customer expectations.
- Pre-Sales & Demand Testing:
- Design and execute pre-sale strategies to validate user demand and generate early traction for the product.
- Go-to-Market & Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and implement effective GTM plans and marketing strategies to achieve product-market fit.
- Scale growth initiatives once product-market fit is established, optimizing for reach and impact.
- Community Building:
- Create and nurture a vibrant user community to foster engagement, loyalty, and organic promotion of the product.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on growth, user insights, and market trends.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Strong communication skills, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with SaaS products or marketing to a specific line of business, marketing productivity tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and confidently collaborate with product stakeholders and sales support.
- Analytical/data-driven mindset and strong quantitative skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
