• Establish, maintain and supervise the compliance framework and systems to be in line with Head Office and Legal regulatory requirements.
• Work with Corporate Legal & Compliance team to improve current processes and procedures with specific focus on management information and governance
• Prepare compliance reports, compliance risk assessment, compliance action plan;
• Oversee and monitor the implementation of the compliance program/ projects;
• Summarize laws and regulations governing or relating to retail operations with acumen analysis of their impact on the business operation, and suggested action to be taken;
• Provide advice on compliance matters of the company
• Check, supervise and evaluate the performance of the company in accordance with internal rules and procedures of the company, the law and give advice to superior.
• Follow up with other relevant departments of the company on the implementation progress of local requirements and other compliance activities to ensure sound compliance by the whole company;
• Deal with matters stipulated by local regulators, and issues detected or raised by internal and external auditors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Law/Accounting & Finance or relevant field;
• At least 3 year experience working as the same level in Luxury Goods, FMCG, Retail, ...;
• Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces global trading and thrives in a dynamic fashion retail environment
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Good at English (4 skill)
• Strong analytical skill to assess potential risks to identify and design solutions for complex legal issues
