Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Import Export Staff)
Mô tả công việc
- Declare customs for import/ export shipments (translate goods description into Vietnamese, apply HS code, calculate D&T…)
- Submit declaration to VNACCS/VCIS system on time to get customs approval for release
- Deeply understand customs regulations on import/ export (HS code, government controlled goods…) for correct declaration and give consultant to customers when required
- Understanding of customs tax settlement, customs norm registration for export production factory
- Work with partner to get required information, document for customs declaration
- Compile daily report accurately and legibly in order to provide information to management /others for service improvement and operation analysis
- Verify the correctness of declaration documents and compliance with Government regulations
- Report directly to PMC Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years experienced in import/export field.
- Must have experiences in using VNACCS/VCIS system,
- Being careful, well planning & problem solving,
- “Can do” attitude,
- Good MS Office skill
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
