Mô tả công việc

Responsible for translating category insight into customer-specific trade marketing plans as well as leveraging multi-sourcing data to identify and execute channel-specific growth opportunities to achieve strategic objective;
Focus on developing promotional programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers;
Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development;
Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales;
Manage the collaboration between marketing, international trade marketing (HQ), and other related functions for key initiatives/activities;
Flawlessly execute launches to gain maximum distribution;
Evaluate and review implemented activity for future planning;
Work closely with Demand Planning to have flawless stock allocation between warehouses.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, with Trade marketing or marketing. Food & Beverage experience would be advantage
Ability to analyze the data, situation, trends, and reports to understand the situation and come up with plans, or solutions
Effective and efficient way of communication to team members and others to ensure the success of the business outcomes
English communication is a plus;
Enthusiastic and Agile;
Passionate to win/high energy;
Good listening skill;
Possess good collaboration;
Demonstrate Good Team player;
Good analytical skills, Systematic, Presentation skills;
Good inter personal & influencing skills.
