Mô tả công việc
• Gathering, completion of business requirement and change request of Web/App Channel.
• Giving ideas UI/UX, mock-up for business requirement.
• Preparing UAT testcase for BRD of Web/App channel.
• Coordinate with departments and join UAT & Golive testing.
• Reporting UAT test result to related departments.
• Fulfill user guide document for Web/App Channel.
• Tracking issues and update results if have any errors are reported on Live environment (Daily).
• Manage administrator site and support & upload news/contents on web/app.
• Combine with members in the team and other departments to achieve KPI goals of the company.
• Other support tasks assigned by the Manager.
• Report directly to E - Business manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Have at least 3 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in financial company is a plus.
• Having knowledge/experience HTML, CSS, JS is an advantage.
• Need to understand online /mobile channel.
• Basic skills of MS office (PPT, Excel).
• Experience in working with Waterfall model, Agile model.
• Analytical skills well and proficient in problem solving.
