- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead and execute all marketing activities for the ETC channel (Dermatology hospitals, Derma clinics, Aesthetic Clinics).
- Take ownership of the full brand portfolio, including Skincare, Filler, Mesotherapy, and Medical Devices.
- Manage and coordinate internal marketing team members (Digital + Clinical)
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee digital campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM and paid advertising.
- Strategize and supervise content creation for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Plan and manage TikTok content calendars in collaboration with content creators and influencers.
- Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Offline / Clinical & Trade Marketing
- Plan and organize local/international medical conferences, hands-on workshops, seminars, and product launches.
- Lead trade marketing efforts including POSM development and B2B event participation.
- Support medical marketing by developing clinical protocols and treatment regimens in collaboration with experts.
- Training & Sales Enablement
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to lead training programs for customers, sales teams, and internal staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team for product demos, consultations, and group presentations at clinics, spas, and hospitals.
- Assist in developing brand-related educational videos and marketing materials.
- Stakeholder & KOL Engagement
- Build strong relationships with doctors, dermatologists, KOLs, and aesthetic practitioners through regular field visits.
- Coordinate and facilitate KOL activities including endorsements, feedback, and participation in events.
- Serve as the brand ambassador in high-touch communications with external stakeholders.
- Product & Market Development
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate new products clinically with internal product specialist and design appropriate treatment protocols.
- Communication & Localization
- Review, translate, and localize marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, social media content, and websites.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing (preferably in dermatology, medical aesthetics, or healthcare).
- Proven experience in both digital and clinical/offline marketing.
- Strong understanding of medical events, product launches, and clinical education.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
