Brand Operating Leader

- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly brand operating plans for both branding and e-commerce.
- Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimized spend across awareness and performance channels.
- Lead branding efforts including PR planning, KOL/influencer seeding, retail campaigns, and in-store/online events.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing with a strong focus on performance ad planning (Meta, TikTok, Google) and conversion-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (creative, content, ecom) to ensure cohesive brand presence and efficient execution.
- Monitor and evaluate both brand KPIs (engagement, sentiment, earned media) and e-commerce KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion, paid revenue).
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Manage external partnerships with agencies, media, KOLs, and vendors as needed.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand or marketing leadership role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven experience in both brand marketing (PR, events, campaigns, influencer marketing) and e-commerce performance marketing.
- Strong skills in budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to drive both awareness and revenue-focused results.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and up-to-date with branding and consumer trends.
- Team-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
