Market Investigator

Job summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Intelligence Unit as a market investigator. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence to support the IPRs enforcements. The market investigator will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, collecting evidence, physical visiting, making report and presenting findings to the management team.
Responsibilities:
• Proactive inspection on offline markets for the various brands in diversity field of industry.
• Analyze and collect data on IPRs' infringers, determine and accolated evidence of infringement through the on-site investigation.
• Approach counterfeiters to trace out supply chain and record the clue of infringement.
• Present findings and recommendations to the management team in a clear and concise manner.
• Write investigation reports on suspicious findings through on-site inspection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on the investigation strategies and enforcement plan.
• Travel to provinces for the inspection requirements and seminar events.
• Participate and presenting in trainings/workshops for the IPRs enforcement agencies.
• Contact, work and coordinate with authorities and brand owners as assignment.
• Proceed other tasks of work assigned by management team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in Public Security, Law, Business Administration, and related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Intellectual Property or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market research tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy.
• Proactivity and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English or good Vietnamese writing is required.
