Logistic & Importing Manager
Mô tả công việc
* Make the yearly plan for importing all FMCG products
- Work with BOD and sales Manage to get yearly Import plan of products
- Contact with suppliers to give detailed import plan in quarterly
- Work with suppliers / customers about products, prices, specifications, quality, delivery… deal and solve substandard orders, problems in the processes.
- Work with warehouse Manager to import products to stock available at WH
* Mange the whole progress of importing FMCG products
- Chose and select the forwarding agent/ shipping agent with reasonable price to import products
- Manage staff to make the document for product registration at Government
- Manage staff to process for importing products such check HS code, custome clearance and import tax
- Manage the importing products and arrange logistic from port to our WH
- Follow up the inventory
* Manage the product registration
- Manage, execute for all operations of Import team
- Work with supplier to have MSDS of product
- Contact with supplier to make clear with all document for registration in Vietnam
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have more than 5 years manager position for importing FMCG products in HCMC as supply chain management position.
- English proficiency is required in order to communicate with suppliers in overseas.
- Have knowledge and experience including for clearing custom for import products, product registration, self-declaration, HS code and custom duties
- Have working experience for FMCG distribution company, or manufacturing company which is importing products, or logistics company which is working for importing FMCG products.
- Prefer experience for importing actual operation for both HCM and Hai Phong Port
