Mô tả công việc
Operations & Technical:
- Responsible for the setup and full calibration of livestream equipment (lighting, cameras, audio, etc.), ensuring proper connections for a smooth broadcast.
- Directly assist the host during the livestream, handling any sudden issues to ensure the program follows the script.
- Continuously monitor audience interaction, logging comments and technical problems for timely resolution.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from each livestream (views, interactions, revenue, etc.) to evaluate performance.
- Regularly write operational reports and propose content strategy optimization plans.
Other Tasks:
- Coordinate with related departments.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/University graduate (outstanding candidates can waive this requirement).
- Can communicate well in English.
- Experience in the livestream industry is preferred.
- Familiar with basic operations of livestream platforms (TikTok, Bigo Live, etc.).
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Flexible, meticulous, and highly responsible work ethic.
- Possesses logical thinking skills, good at work scheduling, and time management.
- Proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate well with a team.

Thời gian làm việc
- Flexible shifts according to 3 shifts:
- Shift 1: From 8:00 to 17:00
- Shift 2: From 17:00 to 1:00
- Shift 3: From 1:00 to 8:00.
- Flexible leave of 01 day/week.
