Legal Specialist
Mô tả công việc
- Handle corporate and legal matters such as those pertaining to secretarial, corporate exercises, litigations, HR related matters or any other related procedures.
- Provide legal advice and support to the company, Group and top management on all legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of various agreements such as sales contracts, procurement agreements, distribution agreement, transportation agreement, tenancy agreement, employment contract etc
- Develop, draft and implement regulatory compliance and risk management policies and processes
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Admission to the Vietnam Bar is preferable
- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills and sound legal judgment to support business needs
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in model manufacturing companies
