Mô tả công việc
- Do the tasks that support, consult the Law and provide the law principle related to business licensing, labor, financial, banking, taxation, foreign investment.
- Execute the legal review on the daily basis.
- Consult the procedures of legal documents, participate in deal/litigation, and solve the arisen issues to beneficial disputes between the company and the third party.
- Do the legal researches, analyzes and judge of other law issues to detect the business’s legitimate rights and interests.
- Assist on the company’s governance structure to mitigate business’s risks.
- Advise on the business’s compliant issues as required.
- Participate in meetings with Thuocsi clients and other third parties.
- Draft and certify the proposal, the economic contract, and legal documents (both English and Vietnamese) to support the company’s operation.
- Manage and keep the documents in file.
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor/Legal Head.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PP).
- Ability to manage and keep the documents in file.
