Legal Specialist
Mô tả công việc
• Handling all matters related to corporate legal and compliance
• Carrying out legal works related to establishment or closing t of companies/business units, business registration, trademark registration etc.
• Working and liaising with legal consultants and local authorities on all corporate legal issues
• Drafting, reviewing and amending letters, documents, contracts and agreements being signed by the Company
• Reviewing and standardizing Company's policies as well as ensuring its implementation in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
• Providing support and legal consultation to other Departments
• Filing and controlling all corporate legal documents and solving any corporate legal issues
• Studying, translating and updating new laws and regulations related to the Company's business activities
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Holding bachelor’s degree in law (graduates from Hanoi University of Law or HCMC University of Law is preferable)
• Lawyer certificate is preferred
• Having at least 3-year experience in corporate legal, especially trading & distribution industries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure, having responsible and can-do attitude
• Good English communication skills (both writing and speaking)
