Internal affair:
- To advise other departments and stores on Legal issues to implement and trace implementation of law related to Business licenses and Intellectual property rights.
- To issue and guide to implement decisions of BOD and shareholders as company charter.
- To contribute to set up/ amend/ update policies, regulations and rules of company to ensure that they are complied with current Laws.
- To verify all legal documents as well as alert to relevant department(s) about the legal risk(s) or discrepancies that may harm the company.
- To provide contract templates and equivalent documents used in business, consult and verify them before submitting for officially signing.
- To cooperate with relevant departments to handling conflict(s) in labor relationship.
External affair:
- On behalf of BOD to handle the disputes with external individual(s) and organization(s)
- To represent to handle complaints, litigation and deal with the hearing or inspection of government agency (if any)
- To cooperate with relevant departments to handle media crises
- To establish and maintain the relationships with government agencies which concern company's businesses.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age (Range) Years: 35 - 50
- Education: Bachelor/ Master of Law or Lawyer
- Qualifications/ Competencies (Essential) :management, leadership, consultancy, communication, decision making, crisis managemen, negotiation.
- Language Required: Good communication (Vietnamese and English or Korean)
- Specific Experience (in Years): At least 07 years in corporate legal
- Other (if any) - Please Specify: Independence; Risk-based thinking; High-pressure working
