- Act as the focal point for organizing and implementing legal support activities and legal advice for departments / divisions and subsidiaries of the Company.
- Propose and preside over negotiations, hiring legal advisory agency for the Company in case of necessity.
- Perform updating, reviewing, disseminating, propagating and guiding the implementation of current laws and regulations related to the Company's production activities.
- Participate in the development of the Company's Charter, regulations, internal process; Controlling the drafting and issuance of legal documents of the Company to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Preside over the comments on law (related to the Company's production and business activities) drafted and promulgated by competent state agencies.
- Lead or coordinate for negotiations for contracts signed by the Company as assigned by the CEO or authorized person;
- Advise or directly participate in legal procedures when a dispute occurs affecting the rights and obligations of the Company.
- Directly implement or propose the implementation of corporate legal procedures to competent state agencies.
- Disclose information with the Stock Exchange.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification:
- University graduated or above, major in law
- Having a lawyer certificate would be a plus
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate legal in listed companies.
- English is must
