- Advice, monitor and control all legal and compliance aspects of the entire company.
- Provide advice and update to the management team on regulatory development.
- Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations and requirements.
- Consult and supervise all company agreements.
- Execution of the compliance related training for employees.
- Support local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors.
- Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Work with other department on compliance, employee relations, and core operations.
- Legal documents and contracts.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Candidates graduated from Law University
- More than 5 years of work experience as a legal executive or legal expert,
- Must be proficient in writing English.
- Fully understand local filing and filing laws, regulations, requirements, and procedures.
- Have a good relationships with regulatory agencies and government agencies.
- Strong legal drafting skills and experience in contract review
- Knowledgeable on local and international industrial codes, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam.
