Legal Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the day-to-day legal matters in cooperation with management and assined by BOD;
- Provide in house legal opinions with respect to commercial laws, enterprise law, investment law, labor law, intellectual property law, general tax issues, etc… to relevant departments and affiliates;
- Provide risk assessment and legal advise on company operational and development projects;
- Negotia, review and draft contracts, corporate documents and other legal governmental documents;
- Work closely with other business partner when required, to ensure compliance by the departments;
- Liase with authories where necessary;
- Participates as directed in the investigation, analysis of and reporting on applicable regulation;
- Where necessary, organize meeting for addresing queries, issues and facts that the audit team member raise up and take notes of measurements;
- Serve as the liaison with regulatory agencies if required and is responsible for submitting applicable filings to the authories.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Universitry degree in law
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate
- Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations;
- Compliance experience is preferred;
- 3-5 year experience as in-house lawyer in a multinational corporation or lawyer in a law-firm or similar industry experience is preferred;
- Experienced in managing all legal aspects for an independent business unit or operation is an advantage;
- Legal Manager for an independent business/division is preferred;
- Good-knowledge of investment laws, enterprise laws and labour laws and contract management.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, balanced and independent judgment, law interpretation and implementation skills;
- Prioritize work, detail oriented, strong communication skill;
- Highly proficiency in oral, writing and communication in both English and Vietnamese.
