Mô tả công việc
- Staying updated with applicable music copyright laws & practices.
- Drafting, reviewing and advising contracts/agreements required by Company to ensure legality of contracts/agreements.
- Assisting in conducting legal research and analysis to support decision making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handling legal processes and documents of the Company.
- Managing legal issues with relevant external agencies.
- Acting as the legal consultant for customers and Company on all legal issues including copyright service.
- Building and nurturing good relationships with potential clients.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position. Fresh graduates are accepted.
- Thorough understanding of intellectual property, enterprise and commercial law and regulations, with ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in collecting, organising and classifying information and documents relevant to the legal issues.
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English.
- Eager to learn & grow willing to work hard and ability to endure work pressure.
- Love music is a plus.
