Mô tả công việc

Review contracts, documents related to the Company’s operations to ensure compliance with Vietnamese law and protection of the Company’s interests;
Assist in preparing and handling procedures for issuance and amendment of enterprise registration certificate, investment registration certificate;
In charge of procedures for issuing Certificate of land use right, ownership of residential housing and other assets attached to land to the purchasers;
Provide legal support to other departments during negotiations and working with external parties, when required;
Conduct legal research, legal updates and participate in resolving disputes and complaints involving customers and third parties relating to the business activities of the Company;
Administer and maintain contract files and the Legal Department’s records;
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum of 02 years of legal experience in a similar role, preferably with hands-on experience working for a real estate developer;
Experienced in working with government authorities (especially in licensing and post-licensing works);
Ability to handle high volumes of documentation, multitask effectively and work in a dynamic environment;
Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments.
