Mô tả công việc

• Review the legal documents as required from Legal Counsel;
• Assist management and other divisions with procedures for issuance and adjustment of enterprise registration certificate, and investment registration certificate;
• Contact, check, deal and carry out legal works & procedures for issuing the certificate of land use right, ownership of residential housing and other assets attached to land to the Purchaser;
• Assist the other departments and liaise with external parties where necessary as required from Legal Counsel;
• Make legal research, prepare advices and solutions for legal issues of the company;
• Administer and maintain the database of legal documents;
• Arrange and control the legal documents and update laws;
• Other legal work shall be also assigned to you properly depending on your workload and working capacity.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education:
• Bachelor of Law
Experience:
• A minimum of 02 years of legal experience in a similar role in multinational companies or law firms
• Experience real estate developer is preferred.
• Experienced in working with state authorities officers (especially in licensing and post-licensing works).
• Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Others
• Teamwork, customer oriented and work well under pressure
