Legal Executive
Mô tả công việc
- Draft and implement the licensing procedures at the authority to satisfy Company’s business plan;
- Perform legal research; provide guidance on compliance with, and interpretation of, applicable laws and regulations and deliver training materials and organize legal training sessions to local team if needed;
- Collaborate with business teams to review, manage contracts and ensure the contract execution is legally compliant with the Legal SOP and other internal policies of the Company;
- Provide high-quality legal advices and creative solutions in a timely fashion on the legal matters that arising from the daily business operations of the company;
- Identify and assess legal risks within the beauty retailing area and advise accordingly, which will include monitoring the impacts on international entity of Sociolla Group if any.
- Manage and prepare monthly litigation/claims reports to be submitted to Legal Manager.
- Independently handle licensing requirements from authority as well as company seal execution request, contract review from basic to complex and report to Legal Manager.
- Other tasks relating to corporate secretary, corporate responsibilities, management of legal documents as assigned from time-to-time by Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Law/ Certificate of Practicing Lawyer or Master of Law is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of working experience. FMCG or Beauty & Health Retail inhouse or Law Firm experiences is a plus.
- Strong focus on contract reviews, negotiation and regulatory and company secretarial works (e.g. preparing meeting minutes or and submitting applications to various authorities, company seal execution).
- Good interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure with high demand from the businesses.
-. Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese (both mandatory). 14. High work standard and integrity.
- Ability to manage own time judiciously and effectively.
