Legal Counsel
Mô tả công việc
Focus on reviewing and implanting all legal documentation, both local and international, to fully comply with the law and provide legal advice.
Job Responsibilities:
- To act as legal business partner to various departments (B2B sales, retail outlets, oversea sales, planning, HR, etc.).
- To drafts advise on and ensure legality of contracts entered by the company to manage legal risk, and to ensure the company’s spending and receivables are protected.
- To deliver legal services and functional provision of daily operational legal advice to relevant respective internal partner's business operations.
- To carry out necessary licensing procedures to obtain essential licenses/ certificates (IRC, ERC, business license, retail store license, etc.).
- To build up internal policies to improve employees' productivity.
- To conduct compliance training periodically for internal stakeholders to raise their compliance awareness.
- Be a key player in M&A projects and company's restructuring process.
- Other tasks assigned by BODs.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in law; Lawyer practicing certificate is preferable but not compulsory.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant legal experience in law firm or corporate legal department; Candidate with background in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce sector is preferable.
- Drafting skills in corporate and commercial matters.
- Well-presented with good interpersonal skills, communication skills and meditation skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multi-task and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and MS Office.
- Working time from Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM
- Location: Hoang Van Thai Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC.
