Mô tả công việc

Perform on-site installation, qualification, and bring-up of semiconductor process equipment at customer sites worldwide.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues on mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
Provide clear and effective technical support and training to customers.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports and system logs.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to provide customer feedback and support product improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Field Service Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Proven experience with semiconductor equipment, including vacuum systems, RF generators, robotics, and control systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, manage one's own schedule, and perform under pressure.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good English is a plus
