• Market Research & Intelligence: Research potential customers, industries, and market trends. Turn findings into structured insights that support go-to-market decisions and business development.
• Business Development & Outreach: Support outbound initiatives by identifying prospects, preparing outreach, and helping build relationships with potential customers and partners.
• Meeting Preparation:Prepare research briefs, account insights, and supporting materials for customer meetings, partnership discussions, and strategic conversations.
• AI-Native Execution: Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, workflow automation, and day-to-day execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams on initiatives that span multiple functions and contribute to company growth.
• Partnership Development: Support the identification and evaluation of strategic partners, helping expand ASC’s network across the US AI ecosystem.
• Learning & Continuous Improvement: Develop an understanding of enterprise AI, go-to-market strategy, and emerging technologies while contributing ideas that improve how the team operates. Brand & Community:Contribute to ASC’s external presence by supporting thought leadership, community initiatives, events, and marketing activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Excellent written and verbal English (required)
• Any academic background is welcome. What matters is demonstrated interest and initiative in business development, marketing, or a related area: internships, projects, competitions, content, or self-directed work all count
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• A real interest in where AI is headed for enterprise work, backed by hands-on use of AI tools in your own work or study today
• Comfortable multitasking across research, outreach, and content work, with a strong sense of ownership
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a lean, fast-moving team
• Comfortable with, or quick to learn, research/scouting tools, CRM systems, and standard productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, or similar)

Thu nhập

• Thu nhập khi đạt 100% KPI: 4 - 5 triệu VND
• Thu nhập tính theo tỷ lệ đạt KPI
• Lương cứng: 4 - 5 triệu VND
• Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số
