Job description
- Recruitment Support
- Drafting job postings, posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews,
- sending emails, notifying interview results, tracking and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the candidate on the interview with client, follow up and update the interview status to the
- candidate.
- Work with the candidate for onboarding, documents prepare and make sure all the procedures of
- onboarding smoothly.
- Manage the candidate data accurately and in full detail, input data into the company drive system
- Make the annual report and recruitment analysis
- Compensation & Benefits
- Assisting with attendance tracking, payroll calculation, onboarding procedures, offer letters and
- employment contracts.
- Supporting procedures related to social insurance registration and participation.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Internship duration: 6 months (Full-time or part-time, flexible according to school hours).
- Open for 3rd – 4th year student in human resource/ business administration and relevant major.
- Good English is an advantage, passion, hard-working, willing to learn and team oriented.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point,…)
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Internship allowance: 1,900,000 VND/month (full time) and 1.400.000 VND/month (part time)
- Working day: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (7.5 hours/day), lunch break 12:00 - 13:30.
