Mô tả công việc

Job purpose: The Plant EHS is responsible for leading and implementing an Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Program within a facility.

MAINLY RESPONSIBILITIES
EHS:
• Ensure all regulatory documentation, procedure and records are maintained and reported. Build up and update new procedures if any
• Training, maintain and develop, if required, the necessary EHS standards to ensure the environmental, health and safety of site personnel, visitors
and contractors are complying with company standard and law required.
• Develop and implement site workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and exposures. Determine trends and action plans and corrective actions.
• Work closely with other department heads to ensure continual improvement and compliance in EHS activities.
• Ensure company’s compliance to applicable environmental, occupational health and safety laws/regulations and other requirements.
• Manages environmental programs such as waste management including hazardous wastes, pollution prevention and protection of the environment.
• Manage site EHS training to insure all required training is effectively provided, and understood by all employees, visitors and contractors
• Ensure all obligated training courses are conducted
• Manage Incident investigation process,share the incident information, and take corrective actions
• Participate in reviewing PPE process and suggest for improvement

COMPLIANCE
• Assure company regulation is strictly complied by daily field checking and camera checking
• Make report of non compliance and suggest improvements

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor degree in Environment/Safety/Health
• Able to read document in English
• Good working knowledge of Occupational health and safety legislation and regulations
• 1 to 2 year experience
• Good analysis and interpretation of data, good communication & problem solving skill
• Pro-active, excellent in training skill
• Good PC skills in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point.
• Working location: Factory in Duc Hoa, Long An Province (Have shuttle bus from HCMC).
