- Oversee and execute on staffing schedules, annual recruitment plans and budgets
- Design and manage the recruitment and selection processes. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Develop a career path for each position, title and provide career development advice to employees in the company
- Handle performance management, payroll, HRIS and compensation & Benefits (salary review, bonus etc.)
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Support internal communication, engage members and conduct entertainment activities for company employees

Preferred Qualifications
- Min 2-3 years HR experience. (Bonus if in IT or tech related company)
- Bachelor degree related fields.(Business, HRM, MBA)
- Experience in handling employee lifecycle in a fast paced environment.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
