Mô tả công việc

Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with HR documents, contracts, payment, templates, policies and trackers
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
Participate in HR projects and other assignments as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Good English communication skills.
Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva or Capcut skills is a plus
Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations.
Available for a full-time internship.
