Compensation and benefit
- Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances, and bonus in accordance with company policies
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ insurance report
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration
- Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care
- Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
- Manage staff database, labor contract, overtime database
- Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Implement yearly performance appraisal review process for employees;
- Participate in a market salary and benefits survey.
- Suggesting benefits to engage the employees with the Company and compete with outsides
- Proposing policies and regulations effectively and according to the laws
- Support the HR Manager to prepare an annual budget
- Conduct quarterly/ annual HR reports and HR budget/ action plans for the next reporting cycles.
Recruitment
- To establish manpower planning for the company to be in line with business strategy and plan;
- To recruit the qualified employee within a designated time frame;
- To review application/resume, interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications and complete the employment;
Learning & Development
- Be responsible for development and implementation of learning and development programs, including L&D budget/fund;
- Work closely with the department Manager and assists the Head of HR with the arrangements for Training Courses/Professional Development for Vietnamese staff; monitor/update timely reports to the HR Manager on L&D costs/funds.
- Maintain training results/records and assist to evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses.
- Propose, maintain an up-to-date organization chart.
Employee Relationship
- To build up and maintain good relationships and good understanding with all staff via effective communication and activities;
- To review and revise employee rules and regulations
- To control employees to in line with rules and regulations of the Companies
Admin task
- Office management: annual check-up for all employees, stationery, purchase office equipment, postal send & receive
- Support company events: Year-end party, internal party, Company trip
- Other tasks assigned by HRM
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience/Skills required
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in the same role
- Education / QualificationsBachelor degree
- Expert in Human resource and Administration management
- Good knowledge of Tax, Insurance, PIT, and regulation related to the HR field
- Can do multi-tasks, working independent
- Good at Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Power pointCore Competencies Good knowledge of labor lawGood organizational skill
- Language RequirementsGood English skills (both speaking & writing)
