- Oversees the daily workflow of administrative works of whole Group, be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations.
- Consults/Answers employees with appropriate company policies, regulations, and procedures, and/or any employee’s concerns promptly and politely.
- Be in charge of staff programs: Company events, team buidling, heath check-up, etc.
- Take care of HR mailbox support, giving every proper feedback to the employees’ questions. Make sure the response must be given as soon as possible but not later than 3 working days since the time of receiving information.
- Maintains/controls office supplies.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
- Be in charge of implementing the registration of Health Insurance programs in the Group. Including but not limit to periodic increase and/or decrease policy holders as per prescribed.
- Act as a liaison between employees and the insurance brokers and support the review of existing polices to determine new and shifting insurance needs.
- Explain and provide information on all insurance plans to employees as required.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to direct Manager for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters to ensure smooth progress.
- Elaborate, contribute and support team for enhancing Company’s culture through Company’s events.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Perform private / confidential secretarial filing for the.

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Have knowledge of HR Rules and Regulations.
- Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer relations focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and motivated to work on own initiative.
- A constructive, positive and progressive attitude to working as part of a team.
- Good mindset of innovation & business partnering.
- Have sense of responsibility and professional, eager to learn, mature, confident personality.
