- The Head of the Legal Department is responsible for operating, supervising all legal activities of the company. Flexible application of legal regulations in the operation, ensuring that all activities of the company comply with relevant laws, internal rules, regulations and regulations, as well as decisions of the Board of Directors and shareholders. - Managing and monitoring all legal activities of the company.
- Ensuring that all activities of the company complied with relevant laws, rules and regulations of the company, as well as resolutions of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
- Reviewing and preparing company legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and documents issued by the Company.
- On behalf of the company (under authorization and assignment), carrying out legal procedures in the process of complaints, disputes and related legal proceedings.
- Advising and consulting the company on legal issues not only including insurance certification, settlement of claims but also all types of contracts (such as labor contracts, agency contracts, brokerage contract, lease contract...)
- Conducting due diligence, submitting a defense or participating in hearings of litigation related to the company or a lawsuit by the company
- Participating in drafting, modifying, building and updating the rules and regulations of the company and ensuring flexible application of legal regulations in the operation of the company.
- Participating, supporting implementation of M&A activities and corporate restructuring.
- Supporting the company in legal procedures related to the company's activities including dealing with government agencies and local authorities.
- Building a library system of Laws and regulations related to business operations and operations of the company.
- Preparing periodic reports and reports at the request of the executive board.
- Attending regular meetings of the board of directors with other departments.
- Performing other tasks assigned by management
- Reporting to the BOD on all jobs related to the professional field as well as related activities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from accredited University or above, majoring in Law.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the judiciary, having a practicing law certificate for 3 years or more. Priority is given to candidates with experience working in distribution and retail businesses.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Be able to speak and write well in English
- Be dynamic, enthusiastic and willing to work under high pressure
