We are seeking a skilled and innovative Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing visually compelling multimedia content that aligns with our brand’s vision and strategic objectives.

As a member of our creative team, you will collaborate across departments to produce engaging designs, animations, and video content tailored to our diverse digital channels. If you bring a strong design background, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling, we invite you to apply and contribute to our dynamic and growing organization.

1. Media Production & Design:

• Develop and deliver aesthetically pleasing and engaging multimedia content, including graphics, photography, video, and sound for digital channels such as social media, websites, and advertisements.

• Ensure all media packages adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all mediums, including merchandise, POSM, print design, etc.

2. Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Marcom planners and other departments to create innovative design items that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

• Maintain the creative vision and “look and feel” of all productions from inception to final release, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity.

3. Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

• Stay current with the latest trends in digital media, social media, graphic design, photography, and video.

• Proactively propose new creative ideas and share insights with the team to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our multimedia content.

4. Photography & Video Implementation:

• Execute high-quality photography and video projects, capturing compelling visuals that align with marketing goals.

• Perform video editing and visual effects (long and short-form video) to produce polished, professional video content.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.

• Experience in graphic design, photography, and video.

• Creative, active, able to work under pressure, positive energy, and teamwork.

• Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented.

• Hard working, enthusiastic, responsible.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Understanding of creative concept development – Basic/Skillful/Expert.

• Understanding of editing process – Basic/Skillful/Expert.

Attaching personal design porfolio is a must.
